20220102 Vietnam's masterplans- transportation

As a result of the Law No. 21/2017/QH14 Vietnam Planning Law (the Law), much planning job must be done.

Seem that Ministry of Transportation really productive.

Among 39 sectional masterplans, MOT completed 4/5 and the last is about to approved.

Now it's time to call for investment. Lot of money!!
